Rates are for 2 people in a 2 bedroom self contained apartment with a double bed in one bedroom and two single beds in the 2nd bedroom. An extra charge applies for extra guests. Kitchen facilities, heating, electric blankets & linen supplied.

Occupancy:

Included in the published rate is 2 adults. (Maximum occupancy - 4 guests). Of the extra guests 2 may be an adult.

Cancellations:

A minimum of 48 hours is required to notify cancellation before any refund is possible.

Administration policy on refunds: There is a 10% cancellation fee on the booking amount charged by BookTasmaniaAccommodation on all cancellations

Reception Information:

Reception is located on the corner of Gaffney and Andrew Street opposite Villa 1 at Sharonlee. Reception is manned from approximately 8am to 8pm most days. Winter season Reception is manned mostly from 8am to 6pm. However after hours our phone number is manned 24 hours all year round.

An internet kiosk is available at Reception Fax and photocopier is available for use at Reception

All units have a carport and addtional parking space.

Getting There:

Arriving from Hobart turn right into Harvey Street and then turn right at the round about into Andrew Street and then first turn left into Gaffney Street and Sharonlee Villas and Reception for both Sharonlee Villas and Marsden Court is seen on the left. Arriving from Zeehan first turn on the right into Gaffney Street and Reception and Sharonlee Villas is on the left. If you arrive at the roundabout you have gone too far.
