Please note that $20.00 of the deposit is a non-refundable booking fee. This is to cover our administrative costs. Cancellations up to two (2) weeks prior to arrival - If the booking is cancelled up to two (2) weeks before arrival, only the booking fee ($20.00) is required. Cancellations between 2 weeks prior to arrival and 1 day prior to arrival - If the booking is cancelled between two (2) weeks prior to arrival and up to one (1) day prior to arrival, the full deposit ($50.00 or 10% whichever is greater) will be forfeited. Cancellation 1 day prior, no cancellation or ‘no show’ - If there is no cancellation or a ‘no-show’ or the booking is cancelled the day before arrival date, the full amount of the accommodation is to be paid and will be charged to your credit card. Things to do:

All accommodations open out to the central cottage garden and barbeque area. The garden is framed by a variety of fruit trees, from nectarines and peaches to cherries and figs and guests are welcome to sample the fruit when in season. Stroll through the rose gardens or find a quiet place to sit and relax. All our rooms are non smoking, however outdoor smoking areas are provided.

Getting There:

If you are coming from the airport, you take the third exit on the roundabout and proceed past Barilla Seafoods on your left and the airport runway to your right. You then proceed across two land causeways to enter Sorell - approximately 8 minutes travelling time. Turn left in to Somerville Street which is just past Banjo's Bakery and before the Pembroke Pub. Turn next left in to Walker Street which runs parallel with the main road. We are on the right hand side - a white colonial terrace. There is a driveway to the left of the building which accesses the car park and the reception area to your right.
