Continental breakfast provisions provided including free range eggs from our resident hens when possible. Enjoy Irene's homemade fresh bread every alternate day. Two bedrooms, dining room, lounge area, laundry/bathroom, verandah. Main bedroom has a queen size bed, with a single and trundle bed. The second bedroom has two single beds, which can be zipped together to make a king size bed. There is also a fold up bed in bedroom two. The lounge has a double sofa bed. All linen is supplied with a maximum occupancy in the cottage of 6

Occupancy:

Included in the published rate is 2 adults. (Maximum occupancy - 6 guests). Of the extra guests 4 may be an adult.

Cancellations:

Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival incur a 100% cancellation fee. 14 Days notice is required for cancellations and incur a 25% administration fee. In some circumstances your deposit may be transferred to a later booking.

Administration policy on refunds: There is a 10% cancellation fee on the booking amount charged by BookTasmaniaAccommodation on all cancellations

Getting There:

From Devonport head east on the Bass Highway for 31kms, take the B17 Penguin/Riana turnoff. Turn left towards Riana for 500metres. Turn left into Browns Lane at the large water tank. Continue down the steep hill following the road over the bridge, keep left and proceed up the driveway to Glenbrook House.
