The cottage was built in the 1890’s and has just been renovated and redecorated throughout, yet retaining some original Baltic pine floors. It has a totally new modern bathroom and kitchen, two bedrooms, a lounge room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, laundry, off street parking and private back yard with outdoor setting and a BBQ. The kitchen is fully equipped and contains all of those bits and pieces required including a dishwasher, full size stove, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, pots and pans, crockery and cutlery etc. The lounge has a Heat Pump/Air Conditioner for comfort. The cottage can sleep up to 4 guests with extra sleeping on a sofa bed if necessary. The main bedroom has a queen size bed, and 2 single beds in the second bedroom. Cot and highchair can be provided if necessary, at no extra cost. All linen is provided with doonas and electric blankets on the beds.
Occupancy:
Included in the published rate is 2 adults. (Maximum occupancy - 4 guests). Of the extra guests 2 may be an adult.
Cancellations:
To secure your holiday booking, a deposit of the first nightâÂÂs accommodation is required to be paid. Payment may be made via Visa or Mastercard. In the event of a cancellation by the guest a cancellation fee will apply which is 10% of the total value of the booking or the first nights accommodation, whichever is the greater.
Administration policy on refunds: There is a 10% cancellation fee on the booking amount charged by BookTasmaniaAccommodation on all cancellations
