The cottage was built in the 1890’s and has just been renovated and redecorated throughout, yet retaining some original Baltic pine floors. It has a totally new modern bathroom and kitchen, two bedrooms, a lounge room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, laundry, off street parking and private back yard with outdoor setting and a BBQ. The kitchen is fully equipped and contains all of those bits and pieces required including a dishwasher, full size stove, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, pots and pans, crockery and cutlery etc. The lounge has a Heat Pump/Air Conditioner for comfort. The cottage can sleep up to 4 guests with extra sleeping on a sofa bed if necessary. The main bedroom has a queen size bed, and 2 single beds in the second bedroom. Cot and highchair can be provided if necessary, at no extra cost. All linen is provided with doonas and electric blankets on the beds.
