Description:

"Cottage on High" is a large late 1800's house which has been extensively renovated and extended. Situated on High Street, 1 minutes walk to St Georges Square's vibrant cafe, milk bar, butcher and palyground. The city centre is a comfortable 10 minutes walk down hill with the new Aquatic centre 5 minutes away, and a 15 minute drive to the airport.

The original front rooms have been converted into 3 spacious bedrooms all with heating and built ins. There are 2 modern bathrooms which are easily accessed from the living areas and bedrooms. The sunny kitchen contains all the modern appliances including two door fridge/freezer, hot plates, oven, dishwasher microwave and pantry. The lounge room features a large TV with DVD, chess set table & piano with plenty of comfortable seating. There is a reverse cycle air conditioner. Enjoy the alfresco area with BBQ and outdoor setting which is accessed through the lounge area. Off street parking for at least 2 cars. The laundry has a washing machine and drier.

Cancellations:

In the event of a cancellation by a guest, the deposit is non refundable unless the property can be relet for the entire period of the cancellation. A $50.00 cancellation fee plus any expenses incurred by the owners will then be deducted from the refund.

Reception Information:

Cottage on High has three bedrooms, two with queen beds and the third bedroom has 2 single beds. There is provision for an extra bed (rollaway) for a child if required.

There are two modern bathrooms, an open plan kitchen dining room and a large lounge. Outside are bbq facilities in the private courtyard and offstreet parking. The home is fully equipped with linen, towels, cooking facilities. Just bring your clothes and food!

St Georges Square in just 2 minutes walk. from the house. The new all year Launceston swimming centre is 10 minutes walk on the corner of High and York Streets.

Located 2 km from the Launceston CBD on High Street which intersects Brisbane Street at the City Park roundabout.
