The cottage was built in the early 1900’s and has just been renovated and redecorated throughout, yet retaining many of its original features. It has a new modern bathroom (with laundry facilities) and kitchen. It also features three bedrooms, a lounge room, dining room, off street under cover parking and private fenced back yard with outdoor setting and a BBQ. The kitchen is fully equipped and contains all of those bits and pieces required including a dishwasher, full size stove, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, pots and pans, crockery and cutlery etc. The lounge room contains good quality furnishing, with a reverse cycle air conditioner for comfort. The cottage can sleep up to 6 guests with extra sleeping on a sofa bed if necessary. The two main bedrooms have queen size beds and 2 single beds in the third bedroom. Cot and highchair can be provided if necessary, at no extra cost. All linen is provided with doonas and electric blankets on the beds

Cancellations:
To secure your holiday booking, a deposit of the first nights accommodation is required to be paid. Payment may be made via Visa or Mastercard. In the event of a cancellation by the guest a cancellation fee will apply which is 10% of the total value of the booking or the first nights accommodation, whichever is the greater.
Administration policy on refunds: There is a 10% cancellation fee on the booking amount charged by BookTasmaniaAccommodation on all cancellations
