The cottage was built in the early 1900’s and has just been renovated and redecorated throughout, yet retaining many of its original features. It has a new modern bathroom (with laundry facilities) and kitchen. It also features three bedrooms, a lounge room, dining room, off street under cover parking and private fenced back yard with outdoor setting and a BBQ. The kitchen is fully equipped and contains all of those bits and pieces required including a dishwasher, full size stove, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, pots and pans, crockery and cutlery etc. The lounge room contains good quality furnishing, with a reverse cycle air conditioner for comfort. The cottage can sleep up to 6 guests with extra sleeping on a sofa bed if necessary. The two main bedrooms have queen size beds and 2 single beds in the third bedroom. Cot and highchair can be provided if necessary, at no extra cost. All linen is provided with doonas and electric blankets on the beds
