I enjoyed my stay although on exit I told the desk attendant that the electric blanket did not work and was told it wasnt cold enough to use it anyway, the banging of the water pipes at all hours was very disturbing, and the heater in the room was so noisy I turned it off.

I apoligise that you thought I was serious with my comments, I was being ironic, as I was pretty cold myself. Thank you again for making us aware of the plumbing problem, which we have had our plumber investigate and the heater has been replaced with the many that we have in store.
