Cancellations:

Once booking is accepted and confirmed, a 50% booking deposit will be charged accordingly with balance to be settled upon arrival. However, customers will be liable to the following penalties: a) FULL REFUND less $25.00 admin fees will be applicable to any given notice of two weeks or more prior to arrival date. b) 50% REFUND will be applicable to any given notice of one week prior to arrival date. c) NIL REFUND will be applicable to any given notice of less than ONE week prior to arrival date.

Administration policy on refunds: If a property accepts cancellations, there is a 10% cancellation fee on the total booking amount charged by BookTasmaniaAccommodation on all cancellations and changes. Cancellations should be negotiated directly with the property.
