The Cottages at Tarraleah, hand built by Tasmanian craftsmen in the 1930’s and furnished with care, these self contained one to three bedroom holiday cottages are charming, warm and comfortable.

The Scholars House - back to school in the former Highland schoolhouse, the recently converted two storey apartments have a queen size bedroom upstairs, bathroom and sitting area downstairs with a flat screen TV and dvd. There are family and ‘less-abled’ rooms and everyone has access to a fully equipped laundry, internet, a large ‘Chef’s kitchen’, rocking horse and a fireside snug.

The Lodge for special occasions, indulgent moments or just because you deserve it: silk covered king size beds, huge indulgent bathrooms, cliff top hot tub, Tasmanian fine dinning, contemporary art, over 200 malts in The Library Bar. Deluxe rooms and suites with views and style.

A lovely setting and very friendly staff. Enjoyed seeing the Highland cows and lots of ducks and kangaroos. The food at the pub was great.
