Cleanliness Tick Tick Tick

Chapple Family
Finding a rat living in my daughter's bed was a bit confrontational at first but he seemed quite OK with it and wandered off through a hole in the wall. That sort of limited our sleeping arrangements as the rat bedroom was (obviously) the warmest in the cottage.

Management Response

I am so sorry. I wish you had told me and I would have moved you to a different cottage. I can assure you the mouse is no longer there! It must have been a fleeting visit. Again I apologise. Lynne.
