Waverley Cottage is a fairy tale cottage in a rural setting 5 Km west of Oatlands in the heart of Tasmania (Only one hour from Hobart and Launceston)

On the ground floor there is a queen-sized bed, with 3 single beds in the attic above. There is also a mezzanine floor with another single bed overlooking the large wood fireplace in the lounge below. The original spiral staircases lead to the attics.

Occupancy:

Included in the published rate is 2 adults. (Maximum occupancy - 6 guests). Of the extra guests 4 may be an adult.

Cancellations:

In the unlikely event of a late cancellation or a no-show I would take one nights full tariff as a cancellation fee

Administration policy on refunds: There is a 10% cancellation fee on the booking amount charged by BookTasmaniaAccommodation on all cancellations

Children & Extra Guest Policy:

Children and seniours are welcome, but there is a steep staircase up to the attic bedrooms in Waverley Cottage. Waverley Croft is smaller and more suitable for older people as it is on one level. There is an additional person rate of $25 a person B & B per night.

Reception Information:

There will be a letter pinned to the door jamb with instructions re key etc.
