Two bedrooms have queen sized beds, one has twin beds and the fourth has two sets of bunks. The lounge room has a TV, VCR and an open fire, a separate dining room has a wood heater. The kitchen is a good size and fully equipped for preparing meals, It is fitted with electric hot plates, a wall oven, microwave oven, a large fridge, kettle, toaster, pots pans and crockery and more. The bathroom has a deep bath plus a separate shower and a vanity unit. Rate includes a range and quantity of breakfast provisions (including local free range eggs), plus other kitchen and laundry provisioning and a number of other extras and bonuses (including free internet access).
